What happens when a customer places an order in your store.

When a customer completes checkout, the order appears in your SOLDT dashboard with the details you need to act on it. That usually includes customer information, items purchased, payment status, and delivery information.

From there, your job is to confirm the order, prepare it for fulfillment, and keep the customer informed. A consistent order workflow makes the store feel reliable from the very beginning.
