SOLDT is a software platform that allows merchants to create, manage, and operate online storefronts.

We provide technology only. We do not:

• Sell, ship, or fulfill products
• Act as a merchant of record
• Handle refunds, returns, or customer disputes
• Guarantee sales, revenue, or conversions

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant, you are solely responsible for:

• The products you sell and their descriptions
• Pricing, taxes, and legal compliance
• Order fulfillment, shipping, refunds, and returns
• Customer service and communication
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Use of the Service may require payment of subscription fees
• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store or process your card details.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g. payment gateways, email services, analytics).

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party downtime or errors
• Data loss caused by third-party services
• Changes to third-party terms or pricing

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Sell illegal, fraudulent, or misleading products
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Abuse, disrupt, or overload the platform
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

• You grant us a limited license to display your content solely for operating the Service

We do not sell personal data.

9. Service Availability & Changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted uptime
• Error-free operation
• Continued availability of specific features

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

10. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your account for:
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Illegal activity
  • Non-payment

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Sales performance
• Revenue
• Traffic
• Business success

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months

13. Indemnification

• Your customers
• Your violation of laws or these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.
