Delivery works best when you want to serve customers beyond your immediate area. Pickup can be useful if you have a physical location, want to lower fulfillment costs, or sell items that customers prefer to collect directly.

Many stores offer both. If you do, make the difference very clear at checkout so customers understand the timing, fees, and collection process before they place the order.
